We also add two important items to the current list of what you can do here.

1. Property classified ads: Apart from providing you quality information about the builders, artchitects, etc, you can now also search for the property classified ads. Currently we don’t ahve our own classified. We are using a service called Oodle to collect the classified ads from the major property portals and displaying all of them on our website. So, when you search to buy/sell/rent a property on PerSquareFeet, you will be shown the classified listings from all the major portals (including 99acres, IndiaProperty, among others.) 2. Property Price Index: This is very unique and interesting. We collect key data from the thousands of listings above (such as city, area, price, sq.ft. area), and analyze and arrive at an average price per sq.ft. for each area in key cities. This is then published on a chart on a daily basis. This is still very primitive and we are working on it to give you better results. Check out the prices in your area here.
